Note: We always recommend that you contact your doctor before starting any home remedy or detox cleanses for weight loss at home. This is especially if you are on any medications or are allergic to any of the ingredients in the following remedy.
Ingredients:
- 3 bags of ginger tea
- 1 cup fresh mint, chopped
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 cups of water
- 2 cups of ice
Preparation:
- You can use fresh ginger for this remedy which we always recommend but if you don’t have some on hand, use ginger tea bags. In a clean teapot, add the water, ginger tea bags and the mint. Set it on heat to come to a boil, remove from heat and strain the mixture before adding in your lemon juice. We recommend you drink it warm but you can still serve it with some ice.
- Drink this tea 3 times per day, preferably 30 minutes before meals for best results.
